Revel Brand Studios is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, password credentials) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Brand and content data (brand kit, uploaded photos and video, captions, schedules) — to provide the service and generate content for you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data (log events, IP address, browser type, error reports) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Photos and video you upload may contain images of people. Please only upload media you have the right to use.

Who we share it with

• Service providers: hosting, database and storage, and AI model providers that process your prompts and media to generate output.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your brand kits, media and generated content are deleted; limited records may be retained where the law requires it, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. UK and EEA users may complain to their supervisory authority. Email support@revelstudio.app and we will respond within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account isolation of media and database records to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will stop working.
