Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Revel Brand Studios ("Revel", "we", "us"), operated by Revel Brand Studios. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them. If you are using Revel for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Revel lets you store a brand kit and a media library, and uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, hashtags, branded images, carousels and short video clips, and to plan a posting schedule.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may invite other people to a brand you own; you remain responsible for what they do in it.

Acceptable use

You must not use Revel to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• commit fraud, send spam, or interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping);
• generate illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content, deepfakes, or content that impersonates a real person without their consent;
• attempt to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer the service, or resell it.

Content you upload and content the AI produces

• You keep ownership of the photos, video and text you upload, and of the outputs generated from them.
• You confirm you have the rights and, where people appear, the permissions needed for what you upload.
• You are responsible for your prompts, for checking outputs before publishing, and for how outputs are used.
• You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
• Rights holders can report infringing content to support@revelstudio.app; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

Accuracy of AI output

AI-generated captions, images and video can be inaccurate, misleading or unsuitable for your purpose. Review everything before you publish it. Outputs are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Content moderation

We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts where these terms or applicable law are breached.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Revel service, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your chosen plan.

Payment and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and by our refund policy.

Service level

We work to keep Revel available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends you may export your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, and its courts. Questions: support@revelstudio.app.
